This short segment will be on hairline plucking ONLY. The instructor will show you how to quickly and properly pluck a hairline using easy and simple techniques. The instructor will show the students how to pluck dry and wet lace. The instructor will do minimal natural plucking with no baby hair, as well as a more dramatic plucking look with baby hair for those students who love the baby hair look. Register online.
